Job Duties

  • assist the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in the running of the restaurant
  • direct team members
  • operate all equipment
  • assist with prep and stocking of products and ingredients
  • prepare customer orders
  • answer phones and process customer orders
  • clean equipment, dishes, and the general facility
  • perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager on Duty (MOD)
