We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at Mi Casa within the San Jose Mineta International Airport. This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from $68,000 to $75,000, with opportunities for a quarterly bonus and a year-end super bonus, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding performance and leadership excellence.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager role is critical for maintaining operational excellence in both front and back of house functions. The successful candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring that food quality and safety standards are consistently met or exceeded. Emphasis is placed on maintaining a high standard of customer service to enhance the travel dining experience and uphold the brand’s reputation. This role requires a leader who can manage costs effectively, control inventory, and optimize overall restaurant profitability.   • Minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant with bar environment
  • Full-service restaurant management required
