The role of Assistant Restaurant Manager at QDOBA is pivotal in maintaining the high standards and operational excellence the brand is known for. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with or independently from the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring the delivery of outstanding guest experiences and adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about leadership, customer service, and cultivating a team-oriented workplace culture. Responsibilities include managing staffing levels, recruiting and selecting employees that fit the company culture and job requirements, and training team members to excel in their roles. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven supervisory or management experience in restaurant industry
  • familiarity with local health and safety regulations
  • knowledge of labor laws and employee scheduling
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work
  • ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
  • valid food handler's certification
  • willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
