Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven supervisory or management experience in restaurant industry
- familiarity with local health and safety regulations
- knowledge of labor laws and employee scheduling
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work
- ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
- valid food handler's certification
- willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- proven experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry

Job Duties
- Monitor staffing levels
- recruit and select employees
- train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance
- assign activities and tasks
- assist in increasing catering sales
- identify and develop internal candidates for management and team leader positions
- ensure compliance with labor laws and restaurant policies
- manage daily operational performance
- maintain excellent guest service and food quality
- respond to guest questions and complaints
- ensure restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
- analyze operational and financial performance
- implement sales growth initiatives
- monitor costs and budgets
- perform other assigned tasks
