Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven supervisory or management experience in restaurant industry
  • familiarity with local health and safety regulations
  • knowledge of labor laws and employee scheduling
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work
  • ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
  • valid food handler's certification
  • willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • degree or certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus
  • proven experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry
  • familiarity with local health and safety regulations
  • knowledge of labor laws and employee scheduling
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Monitor staffing levels
  • recruit and select employees
  • train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance
  • assign activities and tasks
  • assist in increasing catering sales
  • identify and develop internal candidates for management and team leader positions
  • ensure compliance with labor laws and restaurant policies
  • manage daily operational performance
  • maintain excellent guest service and food quality
  • respond to guest questions and complaints
  • ensure restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
  • analyze operational and financial performance
  • implement sales growth initiatives
  • monitor costs and budgets
  • perform other assigned tasks
