The role of Assistant Manager at Chuck E. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in maintaining the high standards that make Chuck E. Cheese a beloved destination for families. This position involves overseeing daily operations that affect guest experiences, such as time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and maintaining product and guest service standards. The role requires a hands-on leader capable of recruiting, training, motivating, and developing a team to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities also extend to coaching team members to ensure a safe and inviting environment while monitoring cost control, inventory, and labor management to optimize profitability.

Assistant Managers take ownership of an "Area of Impact" (AOI), rotating through critical operational zones including the Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom. This diverse oversight includes managing food safety and product ordering in the kitchen, maximizing party bookings and guest satisfaction in the showroom, monitoring sales and merchandise profitability, and partnering with technical staff to ensure game equipment operates effectively. This multifaceted leadership role requires excellent communication skills, composure, resourcefulness, ethical behavior, and superior time and priority management capabilities. Candidates should be prepared for a physically active work environment involving lifting, standing, bending, and exposure to varied environmental conditions.
