Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Must have a high-school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older with possible RVP approval for younger hires
  • Minimum of one year of experience managing people or six months experience as an Opening Coordinator
  • Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
  • Must be comfortable with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and variable temperature conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High-school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of people management experience preferably in food service or six months experience as an Opening Coordinator

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team
  • Coach and inspire team members to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment
  • Understand and implement cost control procedures, manage inventory, financials, and labor
  • Take ownership of an Area of Impact "AOI" including rotation through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom
  • Manage kitchen operations such as product ordering, food safety, and pizza preparation
  • Lead sales efforts including monitoring sales results, inventory, ordering, and profitability
  • Oversee party execution and showroom seating to maximize guest satisfaction
  • Partner with Technical Manager to maintain game and restaurant equipment
  • Analyze gameplay data and maintain clean, guest-ready gameroom areas
