The role of Assistant Manager at Chuck E. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in maintaining the high standards that make Chuck E. Cheese a beloved destination for families. This position involves overseeing daily operations that affect guest experiences, such as time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and maintaining product and guest service standards. The role requires a hands-on leader capable of recruiting, training, motivating, and developing a team to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service. Job Requirements
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week
- Must have a high-school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older with possible RVP approval for younger hires
- Minimum of one year of experience managing people or six months experience as an Opening Coordinator
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
- Must be comfortable with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and variable temperature conditions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards
- Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team
- Coach and inspire team members to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment
- Understand and implement cost control procedures, manage inventory, financials, and labor
- Take ownership of an Area of Impact "AOI" including rotation through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom
- Manage kitchen operations such as product ordering, food safety, and pizza preparation
- Lead sales efforts including monitoring sales results, inventory, ordering, and profitability
- Oversee party execution and showroom seating to maximize guest satisfaction
- Partner with Technical Manager to maintain game and restaurant equipment
- Analyze gameplay data and maintain clean, guest-ready gameroom areas
