Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant leadership experience
- Minimum 1 year in full-service restaurant management required
- Experience leading both front of house and back of house teams
- Strong operational acumen and focus on food safety
- Comfortable using POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to manage multiple operational demands
- High school diploma required
- Additional education preferred
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Direct daily restaurant operations across FOH and BOH
- Maintain exceptional food standards and sanitation compliance
- Control labor, inventory, and cost metrics
- Train, coach, and elevate team performance
- Ensure systems and processes run smoothly
- Support forecasting, scheduling, and financial performance
- Troubleshoot fast and lead with composure
