Puerto Tortas Tacos Cantina is an innovative restaurant concept located within Spokane International Airport's Concourse C. Developed in partnership with acclaimed Spokane chef Chad White and SSP America, the restaurant offers a vibrant dining experience centered around coastal Mexican flavors. Its menu features handcrafted tacos, hearty tortas, breakfast favorites, and inventive street-inspired specialties — all served in a dynamic, high-energy airport environment. The role available is for an Assistant Restaurant Manager, a full-time, hourly, and bonus-eligible position with an annual salary of $65,000. This position presents a wonderful opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality setting and is passionate about leading teams, maintaining food quality, and ensuring excellent guest experiences. The Assistant Manager will have direct oversight of day-to-day restaurant operations across both front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH), establishing standards for food quality, sanitation, and customer satisfaction.
