Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Food manager's certification required within 30 days of being hired
- Previous management experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a management position does not have to be restaurant related
- Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
- A servant's heart
- Excellent communication skills to effectively manage the various channels of communication with internal team and customers
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Experience developing others
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced service oriented environment
- High school diploma required food manager's certification required within 30 days of being hired post secondary education is a plus
Job Duties
- Support a team of dedicated professionals fostering a culture of love hospitality help and faithfulness
- Ensure that our guests receive outstanding service and have an exceptional service experience
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to achieve sales targets and increase customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor team members providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance
- Maintain high standards of food quality cleanliness and safety throughout the restaurant
- Handle customer inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and professionally resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with inventory management including ordering and receiving supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Continuously strive to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness identifying areas for optimization and implementing appropriate solutions
