We are currently seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team at Popeyes. This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring that customers have a memorable and enjoyable fast-food dining experience. The Restaurant Manager is passionate about delivering the best possible guest experience while fostering a positive work environment. This role requires leadership, energy, and a commitment to teamwork, providing the opportunity to learn, grow, and explore career potential within the company. As a key managerial position, the Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, guide and train team members, manage inventory and scheduling, and ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates integrity and honesty, and actively contributes to the culture of Popeyes. Must be at least 18 years of age and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate restaurant needs. The role involves substantial physical activity such as lifting products, standing for extended periods, and performing various tasks essential to restaurant service and management.

Job Requirements

Job Duties
