Job Requirements
- Meet all physical requirements for roles within the career path, including Assistant Coach, Shift Leader, Kitchen Lead, and Team Member
- At least 2 years in restaurant management or supervisory role
- Experience managing and developing 6 or more team members per shift
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification
- Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Minimum age 18 years
- Authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Partner with the Head Coach on hiring, onboarding, and training while fostering a culture of trust and recognition
- Anticipate operational needs and adjust deployment to support smooth operations
- Provide hands-on coaching and step in during peak times or staffing gaps
- Uphold high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
- Inspect food quality, check temperatures, and ensure compliance
- Resolve facility, supply, and quality issues promptly
- Ensure a clean, hospitable, and brand-aligned guest journey
- Act on guest experience metrics and make timely business decisions
- Manage controllable costs and execute schedules
- Partner with the Head Coach to drive sales and implement strategies
- Support effective team deployment and expert use of systems
- Troubleshoot operational issues and prioritize tasks
- Perform all essential functions outlined in the Shift Leader role, including those from the Kitchen Lead and Team Member roles
