Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years management or supervisory experience in restaurants
  • Proficient computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
  • Effective organizational skills to prioritize tasks
  • Strong interpersonal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage and lead a diverse team
  • Experience in bar management preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
  • Minimum 2 years management or supervisory experience in restaurants
  • Bar management experience preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and management levels
  • Proven conflict resolution skills

Job Duties

  • Manage all food and customer service activities
  • Lead and develop team including recruitment, training and daily task assignment
  • Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Monitor food standards and inventory levels
  • Handle office management tasks such as staff scheduling, payroll, receiving, and purchasing
  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting by analyzing sales reports
  • Address routine problems and escalate complex issues as needed
