Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry in a management or supervisory capacity
  • Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems
  • Ability to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities
  • Effective communication skills to engage with staff at all levels
  • Capability to handle disciplinary actions and team development
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced airport restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
  • At least 2 years experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role
  • Proficient computer literacy including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and POS systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities to interact with executives, union representatives, diverse team members, and customers
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and conflict resolution experience

Job Duties

  • Manage all restaurant and customer service activities including supervising and evaluating team member performance through feedback and disciplinary actions
  • Lead and develop the team by recruiting, training, communicating, planning, and assigning daily goals and tasks
  • Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Manage merchandising and displays ensuring brand standards and inventory monitoring
  • Handle office management tasks such as receiving, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll
  • Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting by analyzing sales reports and comparison shopping
  • Address routine problems and escalate complex issues to higher management as needed
