Job Requirements

  • Ability to read and write English

Job Duties

  • Assist with administrative duties including ordering, receiving, inventory, scheduling, and vendor invoice management
  • source, interview, hire, train, delegate, provide direction, evaluate, counsel, and discipline Players
  • oversee all daily financial responsibilities such as cash handling, daily deposits, authorizing comps and voids
  • investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints
  • oversee cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facility to ensure health and safety compliance
  • assist with marketing strategy, implementing advertising and promotional campaigns
  • provide performance feedback and reviews, assist with professional development of team
  • lead by example, foster mentoring relationships, exemplify organizational culture
  • operate computer and associated hardware or systems
  • perform duties of Service Assistant, Line Cook, Server, or Bartender as needed
  • assist in other duties as directed
