Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years in restaurant management or supervisory role
  • experience with bar management preferred
  • proficient computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred
  • 2+ years in restaurants in a management/supervisory capacity
  • 1 year of bar management experience preferred
  • proficient in MS Office and point-of-sale systems
  • effective organizational skills
  • ability to interact at all levels including executives, union representatives and team members
  • proven track record of resolving conflicts

Job Duties

  • Manage all food and customer service activities
  • lead and develop team
  • maintain adherence to all company policies and procedure
  • maintain all food standards and monitor inventory levels
  • handle management of staff, receiving, inventory, purchasing, team member scheduling and payroll
  • assist in monitoring sales performance through analysis of sales reports
  • address routine issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
