Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in restaurant management or supervisory role
- experience with bar management preferred
- proficient computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred
- 2+ years in restaurants in a management/supervisory capacity
- 1 year of bar management experience preferred
- proficient in MS Office and point-of-sale systems
- effective organizational skills
- ability to interact at all levels including executives, union representatives and team members
- proven track record of resolving conflicts
Job Duties
- Manage all food and customer service activities
- lead and develop team
- maintain adherence to all company policies and procedure
- maintain all food standards and monitor inventory levels
- handle management of staff, receiving, inventory, purchasing, team member scheduling and payroll
- assist in monitoring sales performance through analysis of sales reports
- address routine issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
