Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in restaurant or food service management or supervisory capacity
- Preferred experience in full service or quick service restaurant environment
- Valid Food Handlers’ Card
- Proficiency in computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels including executives and team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred
- 2+ years in restaurant or food service management or supervisory role
- Experience in full service and/or quick service restaurant preferred
- Culinary background desirable
- Food Handlers’ Card certification
- Proficient in MS Office and Point-of-Sale systems
- Effective organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
Job Duties
- Manage all front of house and kitchen activities
- Supervise and evaluate team member performance with feedback and disciplinary actions
- Ensure food quality and standards including recipe adherence and portion control
- Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability
- Recruit, train, and develop the team of Food Travel Experts
- Implement and maintain guest service standards and brand specifications
- Maintain adherence to company policies, state health, and sanitation standards
- Maintain merchandising standards, display presentations, and monitor inventory levels
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting through sales report analysis
- Address routine issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
