Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years experience in restaurant or food service management or supervisory capacity
  • Preferred experience in full service or quick service restaurant environment
  • Valid Food Handlers’ Card
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels including executives and team members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred
  • 2+ years in restaurant or food service management or supervisory role
  • Experience in full service and/or quick service restaurant preferred
  • Culinary background desirable
  • Food Handlers’ Card certification
  • Proficient in MS Office and Point-of-Sale systems
  • Effective organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities

Job Duties

  • Manage all front of house and kitchen activities
  • Supervise and evaluate team member performance with feedback and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure food quality and standards including recipe adherence and portion control
  • Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability
  • Recruit, train, and develop the team of Food Travel Experts
  • Implement and maintain guest service standards and brand specifications
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, state health, and sanitation standards
  • Maintain merchandising standards, display presentations, and monitor inventory levels
  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting through sales report analysis
  • Address routine issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
