Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of management or supervisory experience in restaurant or food service
  • Experience in full service or quick service restaurant environments preferred
  • Food safety certification such as a food handlers' card
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office suite and POS systems
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks daily
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a high-volume setting

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Two or more years in restaurant or food service management or supervisory capacity
  • Experience in full service or quick service restaurants preferred
  • Culinary background desirable
  • Food handlers' card or equivalent safety certification
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with executives, union representatives, and diverse team members
  • Proven conflict resolution skills

Job Duties

  • Manage all front of house and kitchen activities including supervising and evaluating performance
  • Ensure food quality and standards, recipe adherence, portion control, and food safety compliance
  • Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability
  • Recruit, train, and lead team members fostering collaboration and high guest service standards
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, state health and sanitation requirements
  • Oversee merchandising standards, display presentations, signage, and inventory levels
  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance analysis
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
