Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of management or supervisory experience in restaurant or food service
- Experience in full service or quick service restaurant environments preferred
- Food safety certification such as a food handlers' card
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office suite and POS systems
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks daily
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a high-volume setting
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
- Two or more years in restaurant or food service management or supervisory capacity
- Experience in full service or quick service restaurants preferred
- Culinary background desirable
- Food handlers' card or equivalent safety certification
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with executives, union representatives, and diverse team members
- Proven conflict resolution skills
Job Duties
- Manage all front of house and kitchen activities including supervising and evaluating performance
- Ensure food quality and standards, recipe adherence, portion control, and food safety compliance
- Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability
- Recruit, train, and lead team members fostering collaboration and high guest service standards
- Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, state health and sanitation requirements
- Oversee merchandising standards, display presentations, signage, and inventory levels
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance analysis
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
