Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant or food service management
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
- Food Handlers Card and relevant safety certifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing full-service restaurant and bar operations
- Ability to train and lead a diverse team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or food service management
- Proven experience in full-service restaurant management with bar experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Certified Food Handler with safety certifications
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with executives and diverse teams
Job Duties
- Oversee front and back of house operations, supervise, manage, and evaluate team member performance, providing feedback and ensuring task completion
- Ensure food quality and safety, maintain recipe adherence, portion control, and compliance with brand and food safety standards
- Control costs by managing food and labor expenses to maximize profitability
- Lead and develop the team, recruit, train, and guide a team of dedicated food travel experts, set goals and foster a positive, efficient work environment
- Maintain systems and standards, ensure compliance with company policies, state health, and sanitation regulations
- Manage merchandising including inventory, display standards, and signage
- Oversee office management tasks such as funds management, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting by monitoring sales performance and analyzing budgets
- Address and escalate routine problems as needed
