The franchisee operates the restaurant under license to use McDonald's logos and food products but is a separate employer responsible for all employment-related decisions such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA neither controls nor participates in these employment matters, ensuring that all employment relations are managed directly by the franchisee. Job Requirements

  • Must have 3-5 years experience in an assistant manager or equivalent role in hospitality, retail, or restaurant with similar or higher volume
  • must have a can-do attitude and commitment to business success
  • must be able to understand, analyze, and act on Profit and Loss statements
  • must be able to execute labor controls and coach leadership team
  • must be able to create action plans, delegate tasks, and follow up
  • must maintain a fun, productive, and compliant workplace environment

Job Qualifications

  • Support the Restaurant Leader on all operational aspects
  • lead operations in the absence of the Restaurant Leader

  • manage labor controls and delegate tasks
