Job Requirements
- Must have 3-5 years experience in an assistant manager or equivalent role in hospitality, retail, or restaurant with similar or higher volume
- must have a can-do attitude and commitment to business success
- must be able to understand, analyze, and act on Profit and Loss statements
- must be able to execute labor controls and coach leadership team
- must be able to create action plans, delegate tasks, and follow up
- must maintain a fun, productive, and compliant workplace environment
- must effectively communicate and track goals
- must perform Management by Walking Around
- must ensure compliant performance management

Job Duties
- Support the Restaurant Leader on all operational aspects
- lead operations in the absence of the Restaurant Leader
- manage day-to-day operations and administration
- provide coaching to department and shift leaders

- manage labor controls and delegate tasks
- communicate and track goals
- perform Management by Walking Around (MBWA)
