Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership for all restaurant employees
  • Train and coach restaurant team members alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss and store reports to drive operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Manage multitasking and physical demands including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting
