Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee customer service leadership and training
- Ensure restaurant compliance with policies and health standards
- Ability to maintain food quality and presentation
- Demonstrated use of financial reports for business change
- Ability to read operating and maintenance documents
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft products
- High school diploma or GED preferred or one year management experience
- Ability to multitask and manage physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience
- Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to lead and train customer service teams
- Experience using P&L and store reports to improve operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to read and understand procedural documents
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership for all restaurant employees
- Train and coach restaurant team members alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss and store reports to drive operational improvements
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Manage multitasking and physical demands including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting
