Job Requirements

  • Ability to oversee customer service leadership and training
  • Ensure restaurant compliance with policies and health standards
  • Ability to maintain food quality and presentation
  • Demonstrated use of financial reports for business change
  • Ability to read operating and maintenance documents
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft products
  • High school diploma or GED preferred or one year management experience
  • Ability to multitask and manage physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to lead and train customer service teams
  • Experience using P&L and store reports to improve operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to read and understand procedural documents

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership for all restaurant employees
  • Train and coach restaurant team members alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss and store reports to drive operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Manage multitasking and physical demands including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting
