Job Requirements
- desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- ability to maintain restaurant standards in compliance with company policies and health regulations
- ability to ensure foodservice products meet quality standards
- proficient in reading and interpreting documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
- good computer skills with preference for microsoft word and excel
- high school diploma or ged preferred or equivalent restaurant management experience
- capability to multi-task and perform physical activities including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- proficient computer knowledge, especially microsoft word and excel
- demonstrated ability to use p&l and store reports to drive change
- ability to read and interpret operation and maintenance manuals
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- ability to multi-task and perform physical activities as required
Job Duties
- oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching to restaurant employees alongside the Restaurant Leader
- ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- guarantee proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to implement changes for improvement
- read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- manage multiple tasks including repeated bending, standing, and reaching, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
