As an Assistant Manager, you will be an essential mediator between the management and frontline employees, ensuring cohesive teamwork and a positive work environment. You will be entrusted with responsibilities such as training and coaching employees, monitoring food preparation quality, managing compliance with health and safety regulations, and utilizing store reports to optimize financial performance. Job Requirements

  • desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • ability to maintain restaurant standards in compliance with company policies and health regulations
  • ability to ensure foodservice products meet quality standards
  • proficient in reading and interpreting documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
  • good computer skills with preference for microsoft word and excel
  • high school diploma or ged preferred or equivalent restaurant management experience
  • capability to multi-task and perform physical activities including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or ged preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • proficient computer knowledge, especially microsoft word and excel
  • demonstrated ability to use p&l and store reports to drive change
  • ability to read and interpret operation and maintenance manuals
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • ability to multi-task and perform physical activities as required

Job Duties

  • oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching to restaurant employees alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • guarantee proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to implement changes for improvement
  • read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • manage multiple tasks including repeated bending, standing, and reaching, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
