Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year restaurant management experience
- Prior supervisory or management experience
- Ability to provide customer service leadership and coaching
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Physical ability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- Availability for full-time work

- Desire to lead and provide customer service leadership and coaching
- Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance
- Strong attention to food quality and presentation
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports for decision-making
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use Profit and Loss (P&L) and store reports to drive operational improvements
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Manage multiple tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting as required
- Collaborate with management team to maintain high standards of restaurant performance
