Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year restaurant management experience
  • Prior supervisory or management experience
  • Ability to provide customer service leadership and coaching
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Physical ability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Availability for full-time work

  • Use Profit and Loss (P&L) and store reports to drive operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Manage multiple tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting as required
  • Collaborate with management team to maintain high standards of restaurant performance
