Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year restaurant management experience
  • Prior supervisory or management experience
  • Ability to provide customer service leadership and coaching
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Physical ability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Availability for full-time work

  • Desire to lead and provide customer service leadership and coaching
  • Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance
  • Strong attention to food quality and presentation
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports for decision-making
  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
  • Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use Profit and Loss (P&L) and store reports to drive operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Manage multiple tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting as required
  • Collaborate with management team to maintain high standards of restaurant performance
