The Assistant Restaurant Leader, also known as the Assistant Manager, plays an integral role within the corporate store structure. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Monitor preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Utilize P&L and store reports to implement operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Maintain restaurant condition and safety standards
  • Assist in managing the daily operations and supporting the Restaurant Leader
