Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred if no diploma
  • Ability to oversee customer service leadership and train employees
  • Knowledge of company policies and health standards
  • Skills in food preparation standards enforcement
  • Ability to interpret operational documents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum one year of restaurant management experience preferred if no diploma
  • Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong leadership and team coaching abilities
  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents
  • Effective multitasking and physical stamina
  • Demonstrated ability to use financial reports for business decisions

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Monitor preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Utilize P&L and store reports to implement operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Maintain restaurant condition and safety standards
  • Assist in managing the daily operations and supporting the Restaurant Leader
