Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred if no diploma
- Ability to oversee customer service leadership and train employees
- Knowledge of company policies and health standards
- Skills in food preparation standards enforcement
- Ability to interpret operational documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year of restaurant management experience preferred if no diploma
- Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong leadership and team coaching abilities
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents
- Effective multitasking and physical stamina
- Demonstrated ability to use financial reports for business decisions
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Monitor preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Utilize P&L and store reports to implement operational improvements
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Maintain restaurant condition and safety standards
- Assist in managing the daily operations and supporting the Restaurant Leader
