Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum one year of restaurant management experience
Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to work full-time hours
Commitment to customer service excellence

Job Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred
At least one year of restaurant management experience
Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and health standards
Proficient computer knowledge, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to read and interpret instructional documents
Demonstrated ability to use P&L reports for decision making
Effective leadership and coaching skills

Job Duties

Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
Monitor proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
Utilize profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to drive operational improvements
Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Assist in daily restaurant operations and management tasks
Support management team in achieving store performance goals
