Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Ability to ensure restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department standards
  • Ability to maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
  • Capability to use financial reports to drive change
  • Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance documents
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Physical ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or GED preferred or at least one year of restaurant management experience

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies and health standards
