Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Ability to ensure restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department standards
- Ability to maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
- Capability to use financial reports to drive change
- Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance documents
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Physical ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or GED preferred or at least one year of restaurant management experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and health standards
- Skilled in training and coaching employees
- Basic knowledge of profit and loss and store performance reports
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department standards
- Monitor preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss statements and store reports to affect operational change
- Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Support daily restaurant operations to achieve financial and service goals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized restaurant environment
