The Assistant Restaurant Leader (Assistant Manager) role at 7-Eleven is designed for individuals who enjoy working as part of a management team and have previous supervisory experience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Ability to provide customer service leadership and training
  • Capability to ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
  • Proficiency in using P&L and store reports
  • Ability to read and interpret operating manuals
  • Capacity to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
