Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Ability to provide customer service leadership and training
- Capability to ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
- Proficiency in using P&L and store reports
- Ability to read and interpret operating manuals
- Capacity to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience
- Knowledge of customer service leadership
- Ability to coach and train employees
- Ability to maintain compliance with health and safety standards
- Strong understanding of food preparation quality
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with experience
- Ability to multi-task and manage physical demands
Job Duties
- Provide customer service leadership alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Train and coach restaurant employees
- Ensure restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department standards
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and freshness
- Use P&L and store reports to drive improvements
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions
- Manage multiple tasks including bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
