Job Requirements
- Desire to provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Ability to ensure restaurant complies with policies and health standards
- Strength in ensuring food preparation and presentation quality
- Ability to analyze and act on P&L and operational reports
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft products preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with experience
- Ability to multi-task, perform physical tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Previous supervisory experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret documents and manuals
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
- Use profit and loss and store reports to drive operational improvements
- Read and interpret operating, maintenance, and procedural documents
- Multi-task and manage restaurant conditions effectively
- Support employee training and workforce development
