Job Requirements

  • Desire to provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Ability to ensure restaurant complies with policies and health standards
  • Strength in ensuring food preparation and presentation quality
  • Ability to analyze and act on P&L and operational reports
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft products preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with experience
  • Ability to multi-task, perform physical tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Previous supervisory experience

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and manuals
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss and store reports to drive operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating, maintenance, and procedural documents
  • Multi-task and manage restaurant conditions effectively
  • Support employee training and workforce development
