Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • minimum one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • ability to provide leadership and train staff
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • proficiency in Microsoft products, especially Word and Excel
  • ability to interpret documents and manuals
  • capability to multi-task and perform physical work including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED preferred

  • proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • ability to interpret operational and maintenance documents
  • demonstrated ability to analyze and use financial reports
  • excellent customer service skills

Job Duties

  • oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching for restaurant employees
  • ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • utilize P&L and store reports to implement operational improvements
  • read and interpret operating instructions and manuals
  • assist with training and development of staff
  • manage multiple tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
