Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- ability to provide leadership and train staff
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- proficiency in Microsoft products, especially Word and Excel
- ability to interpret documents and manuals
- capability to multi-task and perform physical work including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

- demonstrated ability to analyze and use financial reports

Job Duties
- oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching for restaurant employees
- ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
- maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- utilize P&L and store reports to implement operational improvements
- read and interpret operating instructions and manuals
- assist with training and development of staff
- manage multiple tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
