The Stafford, Texas corporate store at 2919 N Main Street is currently seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader (Assistant Manager) to join their management team. This is a full-time position designed for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have previous supervisory experience. The role of Assistant Restaurant Leader Trainee at 7-Eleven is pivotal in supporting the Restaurant Leader to maintain operational excellence and deliver superior customer service during every visit.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching for restaurant employees
  • ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • utilize P&L and store reports to implement operational improvements
  • read and interpret operating instructions and manuals
  • assist with training and development of staff
  • manage multiple tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
