Job Requirements
- Desire to provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and health standards
- Strength to ensure proper food preparation and presentation
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports for operational improvement
- Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for candidates with management experience
- Ability to multitask, bend, stand, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel proficiently
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Ability to interpret operational and maintenance documents
- Experience with profit & loss and store report analysis
Job Duties
- Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Oversee restaurant condition to ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use P&L and store reports to identify and implement operational changes
- Read and interpret documents such as operating instructions and maintenance manuals
- Perform multitasking including benting, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Leader to maintain high operational standards
