The role of Assistant Restaurant Manager at 7-Eleven presents a unique opportunity for individuals who desire to be part of a dynamic management team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Assistant Restaurant Manager works closely alongside the Restaurant Leader to oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and health department standards. This role is instrumental in upholding the quality, safety, and freshness of all foodservice products, leveraging operational reports and profit and loss statements to drive continuous improvements. Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED preferred
at least one year of restaurant management experience required for candidates without a diploma
ability to multi-task
ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
ability to read and understand operating and maintenance instructions
commitment to upholding health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
demonstrated ability to lead and train a team effectively
proficiency in computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
strong organizational and communication skills
ability to read and interpret procedural documents
experience using financial reports to inform decision making

Job Duties

oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies and health department standards
ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
use P&L and store reports to drive operational improvements
read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
perform multi-tasking to meet the demands of the restaurant environment
assist with staff scheduling and labor management
