Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • at least one year of restaurant management experience required for candidates without a diploma
  • ability to multi-task
  • ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
  • occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • ability to read and understand operating and maintenance instructions
  • commitment to upholding health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • demonstrated ability to lead and train a team effectively
  • proficiency in computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to read and interpret procedural documents
  • experience using financial reports to inform decision making

Job Duties

  • oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies and health department standards
  • ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • use P&L and store reports to drive operational improvements
  • read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • perform multi-tasking to meet the demands of the restaurant environment
  • assist with staff scheduling and labor management
