Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- at least one year of restaurant management experience required for candidates without a diploma
- ability to multi-task
- ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
- occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
- proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- ability to read and understand operating and maintenance instructions
- commitment to upholding health and safety standards
Job Qualifications

- demonstrated ability to lead and train a team effectively
- proficiency in computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to read and interpret procedural documents
- experience using financial reports to inform decision making
Job Duties
- oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies and health department standards
- ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- use P&L and store reports to drive operational improvements
- read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- perform multi-tasking to meet the demands of the restaurant environment
- assist with staff scheduling and labor management
