Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Physical ability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant operations and ensure customer service excellence
- Provide leadership, training, and coaching to restaurant employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health department standards
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and freshness
- Use profit and loss reports and store analytics to drive operational improvements
- Maintain proper restaurant condition and cleanliness
- Perform multitasking duties including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting as necessary
