Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Physical ability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to read and interpret operating manuals and procedure instructions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations and ensure customer service excellence
  • Provide leadership, training, and coaching to restaurant employees
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health department standards
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation, and freshness
  • Use profit and loss reports and store analytics to drive operational improvements
  • Maintain proper restaurant condition and cleanliness
  • Perform multitasking duties including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting as necessary
