Job Requirements
- at least one year of supervisory experience in restaurant management
- knowledge of health department standards and company policies
- ability to lead and train staff effectively
- strong computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency
- physical capability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work full-time hours
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- demonstrated ability to provide customer service leadership
- proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- ability to read and interpret documents and manuals
- experience using P&L and store reports to guide operational decisions
- strong multitasking skills
- physical ability to perform job-related tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- oversee customer service leadership alongside the Restaurant Leader
- provide employee training and coaching
- ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and health department standards
- maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
- analyze and use P&L and store reports to implement changes
- read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and manuals
- manage multiple tasks including physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
