Job Requirements

  • at least one year of supervisory experience in restaurant management
  • knowledge of health department standards and company policies
  • ability to lead and train staff effectively
  • strong computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency
  • physical capability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work full-time hours

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • demonstrated ability to provide customer service leadership
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • ability to read and interpret documents and manuals
  • experience using P&L and store reports to guide operational decisions
  • strong multitasking skills
  • physical ability to perform job-related tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • oversee customer service leadership alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • provide employee training and coaching
  • ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and health department standards
  • maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
  • analyze and use P&L and store reports to implement changes
  • read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and manuals
  • manage multiple tasks including physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
