The Assistant Restaurant Manager role at 7-Eleven is designed for individuals passionate about leadership within a fast-paced restaurant environment. Job Requirements

High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
Ability to ensure compliance with health department standards and company policies
Demonstrated ability to manage food preparation and quality
Proficient computer skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Effective communication and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching
Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and health standards
Strength in ensuring proper food preparation and presentation
Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports
Ability to read and interpret operational documents
Proficient computer knowledge, preferably in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties

Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards
Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
Use P&L and store reports to affect change and drive performance
Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Support multi-tasking and daily operational tasks, including physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting
Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and efficient work environment
