The Assistant Restaurant Manager role at 7-Eleven is an exciting management position designed for individuals who enjoy working collaboratively as part of a management team, particularly those with prior supervisory experience. The key focus of this position is to support the Restaurant Leader in providing excellent customer service and overseeing daily restaurant operations. Individuals in this role will be entrusted with coaching, training, and leading their team to ensure superior service quality for every customer visit.

In addition to fostering a positive customer experience, the Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee compliance with company policies, health department standards, and safety regulations to maintain the restaurant's operational integrity. This includes ensuring proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness, as well as managing the condition of the restaurant. The position also requires proficiency in interpreting operating instructions and manuals, managing profit and loss (P&L) reports, and utilizing store data to implement effective changes.

Candidates will need to demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, physical endurance for repeated bending, standing, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, and computer proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel. While a high school diploma or GED is preferred, it is not mandatory for those with at least one year of restaurant management experience. This role is integral to supporting the leadership team in achieving operational goals and ensuring that every aspect of the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.   • Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and Health Department Standards
  • Strength in ensuring preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and manuals
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
