The Assistant Restaurant Manager role at 7-Eleven is a pivotal position designed for individuals who enjoy working as part of a dedicated management team and have prior supervisory experience. In this role, the Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for maintaining the highest quality of food preparation, presentation, and freshness, as well as utilizing profit and loss (P&L) statements and store reports to drive operational improvements. Strong skills in multitasking and the ability to manage physical demands such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds are important for success in this position. Proficiency with computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, is also required to effectively manage restaurant operations.
