The Assistant Restaurant Manager role at 7-Eleven is a pivotal position designed for individuals who enjoy working as part of a dedicated management team and have prior supervisory experience. The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Restaurant Leader by providing customer service leadership, coaching, and training for all restaurant employees. The role involves ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly, adheres to company policies and procedures, and meets Health Department standards.

In this role, the Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for maintaining the highest quality of food preparation, presentation, and freshness, as well as utilizing profit and loss (P&L) statements and store reports to drive operational improvements. Strong skills in multitasking and the ability to manage physical demands such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds are important for success in this position. Proficiency with computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, is also required to effectively manage restaurant operations.

Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ability to oversee restaurant conditions and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Strength in maintaining proper foodservice product preparation, presentation, and freshness
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance documents
  • Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High school diploma or GED preferred or one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
