The role of Assistant Restaurant Manager at 7-Eleven offers a unique opportunity for individuals who have supervisory experience and enjoy being part of a management team. This full-time position is designed to provide valuable management and leadership experience in the restaurant segment of 7-Eleven's operations, focusing on customer service excellence and operational standards. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will work closely with the Restaurant Leader to provide leadership, training, and coaching to all restaurant employees, ensuring that every customer receives outstanding service on each visit. This role entails overseeing restaurant conditions to comply with company policies and Health Department Standards, while also focusing on the preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
In addition to the day-to-day operational responsibilities, the Assistant Restaurant Manager will utilize profit and loss reports and store data to make informed decisions that positively affect the business. Candidates with a high school diploma or GED are preferred, although those with at least one year of restaurant management experience are also encouraged to apply. The position requires a professional who can multitask effectively, handle frequent bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel, is essential for interpreting reports and managing operational documentation.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Knowledge of company policies and Health Department Standards
- Ability to ensure food quality and presentation
- Proficient computer skills especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
