Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching
- Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and health department standards
- Strength to ensure proper food preparation and presentation
- Ability to use profit and loss and store reports to affect change
- Ability to read and interpret documents like operating instructions and procedure manuals
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft products Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask perform repeated bending standing reaching and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with restaurant management experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant setting
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong understanding of customer service principles
- Ability to analyze financial and operational reports
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and handle physical demands
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Maintain restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and health department standards
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Utilize profit and loss reports and store data to implement operational changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Support daily restaurant operations to meet business goals
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive customer experience
