Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Proficient computer knowledge especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret operational and maintenance instructions
- Capacity to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, reaching
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Desire to lead and coach a team effectively
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents and manuals
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- One year of restaurant management experience considered in lieu of diploma
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant employees
- Ensure restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Utilize profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to implement operational improvements
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Perform multitasking duties including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Collaborate with management team to achieve store goals and customer satisfaction
