Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Proficient computer knowledge especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret operational and maintenance instructions
  • Capacity to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, reaching
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Desire to lead and coach a team effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents and manuals
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • One year of restaurant management experience considered in lieu of diploma

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant employees
  • Ensure restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Utilize profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to implement operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Perform multitasking duties including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Collaborate with management team to achieve store goals and customer satisfaction
