Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ability to ensure the restaurant complies with company and health department standards
- Strength in ensuring proper food preparation presentation and freshness
- Ability to use Profit and Loss and store reports to affect change
- Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions
- Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft products preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred with at least one year of restaurant management experience considered
- Ability to multi-task perform bending standing reaching and lift up to 50 pounds

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks including bending standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Proficient computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good understanding of food safety and health regulations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Provide customer service leadership training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Oversee restaurant condition to ensure compliance with company policies and health department standards
- Ensure proper preparation presentation and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use Profit and Loss and store reports to make operational changes
- Read and interpret operating maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Assist in managing staff performance and daily restaurant operations
- Support promotional and marketing initiatives within the restaurant
