Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ability to ensure the restaurant complies with company and health department standards
  • Strength in ensuring proper food preparation presentation and freshness
  • Ability to use Profit and Loss and store reports to affect change
  • Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions
  • Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft products preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred with at least one year of restaurant management experience considered
  • Ability to multi-task perform bending standing reaching and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks including bending standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Proficient computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good understanding of food safety and health regulations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Provide customer service leadership training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Oversee restaurant condition to ensure compliance with company policies and health department standards
  • Ensure proper preparation presentation and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use Profit and Loss and store reports to make operational changes
  • Read and interpret operating maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Assist in managing staff performance and daily restaurant operations
  • Support promotional and marketing initiatives within the restaurant
