This opportunity is for the position of Assistant Restaurant Leader (Assistant Manager) at a 7-Eleven store located in Lubbock, Texas. The role involves working closely with the Restaurant Leader in managing daily restaurant operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring that the restaurant maintains high standards in cleanliness, food preparation, and overall presentation. The Assistant Restaurant Leader will play a key role in training, coaching, and leading restaurant employees to maximize performance and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will oversee adherence to company policies, health department standards, and operational procedures to guarantee an outstanding dining experience for customers.

In this role, the Assistant Restaurant Leader will collaborate with the Restaurant Leader to implement effective operational strategies, monitoring the restaurant's condition and compliance with established guidelines. They will ensure the proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products and use profit and loss (P&L) reports and store metrics to influence positive business outcomes. Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word and Excel is highly desirable, along with the ability to read and interpret operational documents and maintenance instructions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities, physical stamina for tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. While a high school diploma or GED is preferred, candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience may also qualify.
