Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ability to ensure the restaurant adheres to company policies and health department standards
- Strength in ensuring proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of food products
- Ability to analyze profit and loss statements and store reports to affect change
- Ability to read and understand operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred or at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
