Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Ability to lead and oversee customer service and training
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties
- Provide customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Oversee restaurant condition to ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Utilize profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to implement improvements
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Manage multiple tasks including repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Support employee training and development to ensure excellent customer service
