Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Ability to lead and oversee customer service and training
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong understanding of food safety and health regulations
  • Effective multitasking and physical stamina
  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents

Job Duties

  • Provide customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Oversee restaurant condition to ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
  • Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Utilize profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to implement improvements
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Manage multiple tasks including repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Support employee training and development to ensure excellent customer service
