Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred but not required with experience
- at least one year of restaurant management experience
- ability to oversee customer service training and coaching
- ability to ensure restaurant compliance with policies and health standards
- ability to monitor food preparation and quality
- ability to use profit and loss and store reports
- proficient computer knowledge
- ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- at least one year of restaurant management experience
- ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance
- strong customer service and leadership skills
- proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- ability to read and interpret documents and manuals
- ability to multi-task and handle physical demands of the job
Job Duties
- oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the restaurant leader for all restaurant employees
- ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and health department standards
- monitor proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- use profit and loss and store reports to drive operational improvements
- read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- assist in daily operations to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- support the restaurant leader in managing team performance and scheduling
