Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED preferred but not required with experience
  • at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • ability to oversee customer service training and coaching
  • ability to ensure restaurant compliance with policies and health standards
  • ability to monitor food preparation and quality
  • ability to use profit and loss and store reports
  • proficient computer knowledge
  • ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance
  • strong customer service and leadership skills
  • proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • ability to read and interpret documents and manuals
  • ability to multi-task and handle physical demands of the job

Job Duties

  • oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the restaurant leader for all restaurant employees
  • ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and health department standards
  • monitor proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • use profit and loss and store reports to drive operational improvements
  • read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • assist in daily operations to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • support the restaurant leader in managing team performance and scheduling
