Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- Able to travel as needed for work-related functions and training
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Self-driven, flexible and highly energetic
- Able to recognize and analyze problems, set goals and implement plans
- Experience in restaurant or retail management
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- New restaurant opening experience preferred
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends and travel as needed
Job Duties
- Hire and terminate all hourly non-management crewmembers
- Own the onboarding, status change and payroll process for all hourly crewmembers
- Create crewmember work and training schedules
- Manage performance of all hourly crewmembers including development, coaching, redirection, and documentation
- Act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
- Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
