Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
  • Able to travel as needed for work-related functions and training
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Self-driven, flexible and highly energetic
  • Able to recognize and analyze problems, set goals and implement plans
  • Experience in restaurant or retail management
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some college preferred
  • 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • New restaurant opening experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends and travel as needed

Job Duties

  • Hire and terminate all hourly non-management crewmembers
  • Own the onboarding, status change and payroll process for all hourly crewmembers
  • Create crewmember work and training schedules
  • Manage performance of all hourly crewmembers including development, coaching, redirection, and documentation
  • Act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
  • Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
  • Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
