As a Food and Beverage Outlet Manager, you will take charge of operational aspects including forecasting, profit and loss accountability, cost control, staffing, payroll, and training staff in the detailed steps and sequence of service culture. You will establish and maintain beverage pars, update wine and beverage menus, and monitor sales trends to optimize profitability. The position also involves maintaining tools, supplies, and controllable expenses while fostering a healthy working environment through teaching, mentoring, and developing staff relationships.

Candidates for this role must have a strong understanding of food and beverage trends within the hospitality industry, adhere to health and safety standards including HACCP and OSHA, and comply with regional Alcoholic Beverage Commission guidelines. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead daily outlet operations including quality, service, and staff performance
