The ARGM is charged with executing brand policies and procedures, ensuring consistent delivery of top-quality food and guest services, and maintaining restaurant facilities and equipment to the highest standards of safety and hygiene. A critical component of the job involves preparing for and responding to health inspections and internal audits, as well as enforcing compliance with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
