Each property is designed with a blend of local culture and international standards, offering guests personalized experiences and luxury comfort. At Four Seasons, the employees are the driving force behind the brand's success, fostering an inclusive and supportive culture where each team member is valued and empowered to deliver exceptional service. Being part of the Four Seasons team means joining a community that values growth, collaboration, and a passion for hospitality.
The Four Seasons Hotel Miami embodies this commitment to luxury and authentic guest experiences. Situated in the vibrant Brickell district, the hotel offers a sophisticated urban oasis enhanced by a tropical atmosphere, boasting two acres of sun-drenched pools, lush gardens, and an energetic vibe that blends city adventure with relaxation. Overlooking Miami's dynamic skyline, this property is perfectly positioned to provide guests with easy access to the city’s entertainment, dining, and cultural scenes. The atmosphere merges lifestyle inspiration with first-class amenities, making it a sought-after destination for business and leisure travelers alike.
The role of Assistant Reservations Manager at the Four Seasons Hotel Miami is both dynamic and influential within the hotel’s operations. This full-time position demands a professional who is passionate about excellence, thrives in a team environment, and is committed to enhancing the guest experience through meticulous management of reservations. The Assistant Reservations Manager reports directly to the Reservations Manager and plays a critical role in leading the reservations team, ensuring seamless daily operation of the department, and supporting sales strategies that optimize occupancy and revenue.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the daily functioning of the reservations department, coaching and motivating the team, and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize reservation conversions through calls, emails, and voice sales techniques. The role requires close collaboration with other departments such as Sales and Front Desk to create a unified approach towards guest satisfaction. This position also involves monitoring global standards related to reservation procedures, managing booking allocations, and contributing to revenue management decisions like inventory control, distribution channels, overbooking policies, and forecasting.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in English, and preferably knowledge of additional languages. A background in Rooms Division, Sales, Marketing, or prior reservations experience is advantageous. Computer literacy, particularly in Word and Excel, is essential. The individual must demonstrate a professional telephone demeanor and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Working at Four Seasons means enjoying a supportive and energizing employee culture, comprehensive learning and development programs designed to enhance expertise, and inclusive engagement activities that foster a diverse workplace. Employees benefit from competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision coverage, and retirement plans. Additionally, exclusive employee discounts and travel programs provide a unique advantage for Four Seasons team members.
