Currently, Cohen-Esrey Communities is seeking a talented and dedicated Assistant Property Manager for their properties Fairfield West and Glenbrook, located in Lincoln, NE. This is a significant role that offers an opportunity to contribute directly to the daily operations of these communities while enhancing resident satisfaction and property performance. The Assistant Property Manager is a leadership position focused on delivering excellent resident customer service and supporting the Property Manager in all facets of property operations, including leasing, renewals, collections, financial reporting, and property communications.
In this role, you will engage with residents, handle leasing activity including renewals and new leasing processes, oversee collections to maintain property revenue, assist in preparing financial reports to monitor property health, order and manage supplies, and facilitate effective communication across tenants, vendors, and staff. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced residential environment. Through your hands-on leadership, you will help to maintain Fairfield West and Glenbrook’s reputation as desirable living communities while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.

- two plus years of property management experience
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- valid driver's license
- working knowledge of property management systems and processes
- personal smart phone technology
- ability to pass background check and drug test
