Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • two plus years of property management experience
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • valid driver's license
  • working knowledge of property management systems and processes
  • personal smart phone technology
  • ability to pass background check and drug test

Job Qualifications

  • proven two plus years with Microsoft Office
  • valid driver's license

  • preferred two plus years of sales or marketing experience

  • assist in managing property operations
  • focus on resident customer service
