Job Duties

  • Process rental payments and maintain accurate accounting records
  • assist with financial reporting
  • support leasing and marketing efforts to attract and retain residents
  • address resident needs and concerns professionally
  • manage community operations including delivering resident notices and enforcing policies
  • assume Property Manager duties in their absence
  • ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations
  • contribute to special projects and community growth initiatives
