Job Description

Palm Beach Estate is a prestigious private family holding multiple luxury residences in Palm Beach and Miami. The estate operates with the highest standards, closely resembling the service and operational excellence of a five-star resort. The family is committed to maintaining exceptional quality, elegance, and seamless functionality across all properties, ensuring that both the family and their guests experience comfort, safety, and impeccable service year-round. The estate's operations demand a professional approach to managing maintenance, hospitality, and logistical support to uphold the residence's grandeur and operational efficiency.

The Assistant Property Manager plays a critical role within this esteemed environment. This full-time, year-round position entails supporting the overall management and operational readiness of several luxury homes, ensuring every detail meets the family's meticulous standards. Working closely with a tenured Regional Property Manager and a co-Assistant Property Manager, the successful candidate will help deliver seamless property coverage and uphold the residences' exceptional standards. The role requires an operationally minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and possesses strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

The Assistant Property Manager will serve as the hands-on operational lead for the primary estate in Palm Beach, as well as supporting other residences across Palm Beach and Miami. Responsibilities span the spectrum from overseeing mechanical systems, grounds maintenance, and vendor coordination, to supporting hospitality and event operations. This role demands a highly proactive, detail-oriented approach, with the capacity to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise, manage complex logistics, and consistently maintain the sophisticated environment expected by the family.

Ideal candidates are polished professionals with experience in luxury estates, ultra-high net worth (UHNW) residences, or luxury hospitality and private club operations, accustomed to impeccable service and operational standards. They will be comfortable supporting all facets of property management including vehicle fleet oversight, preventative maintenance scheduling, and operational reporting, while maintaining the utmost discretion, accountability, and professionalism.

The position also includes considerable administrative duties, such as managing vendor contracts, insurance documentation, budgeting processes, and timesheet tracking. Flexibility is critical, as the calendar includes peak seasons where longer hours and weekend or holiday shifts may be necessary. Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with property management software are important, alongside holding a valid driver’s license.

Competitive compensation is offered, ranging from $135,000 to $150,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. This includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plans, paid holidays, paid time off, and an annual discretionary bonus. This opportunity is ideal for those seeking to contribute to a sophisticated and highly esteemed private estate with a team-oriented approach and a commitment to excellence in property operations.
