Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Associates or bachelor degree preferred
- One year of property management or related work experience preferred
- Must possess a strong work ethic
- Strong supervisory skills
- Ability to establish a cooperative working environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Yardi
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self motivated and detail oriented
- Ability to handle emergency situations and pressure
- Fluent in English
- Bilingual capabilities may be required
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift boxes and move furniture
- Ability to shovel snow
- Ability to visually inspect property and climb stairs
- Ability to maintain resident and applicant confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required

- Designated certifications where required

Job Duties
- Foster positive, active and collaborative relationships with residents, communities and associated agencies
- Enforce and adhere to company policies, rules and regulations
- Assist in supervising maintenance, security, landscaping, and cleaning departments as directed
- Assist the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor with supervising contractors and vendors
- Respond to telephone and on-site inquiries
- Assist with rent collection efforts including reviewing or posting rent receipts and resident outreach
- Assist in reviewing inventory and maintenance purchases
- Conduct apartment and property inspections
- Write service orders and maintain service order logs
- Coordinate turnover schedules with maintenance supervisor and Property Manager
- Assist Property Manager in budget preparation and financial management
