Compliance with all government, industry, regional, and company policies is a key aspect of the role, as is managing critical emergency procedures such as drills and safety equipment monitoring.
Your leadership abilities will be essential as you train and mentor property personnel, assist in managing service providers, and contribute to the creation of community-focused event programming that enhances tenant engagement. This role demands someone with a high degree of emotional intelligence, creativity, and a solution-oriented mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences will be instrumental in driving your success in this role.
