  • Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising luxury ground-up multifamily construction projects
  • Support the Project Manager in managing project budgets, schedules, and overall execution
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all project stages
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to address project updates and concerns
  • Assist in resolving any project-related issues promptly and effectively
  • Contribute to the preparation of project documentation and closeout processes
